Attention art fans! On January 26, 2016, ALEX AND ANI | CHARITY BY DESIGN was honored to once again join the Boston Celtics, our partner, The Shamrock Foundation, and officials from Boston Public Schools and The City of Boston to take part in the long awaited unveiling of the new John M. McCormack Middle School Art Studio.

Boston Celtics guard, Avery Bradley, and Celtics Dancers teamed up with representatives from ALEX AND ANI to welcome excited students into their new room. The bright, airy space is filled with brand new equipment to help each student find a skill they’re passionate about.

Also, thank you to the Massachusetts news outlets (both television and print) who covered the event and learned more about what CHARITY BY DESIGN partnerships mean to the community through projects like this. These included NESN, Boston Globe, Channel 7, Comcast Sports Net, and Celtics.com.
This is the third art studio renovated with the help of ALEX AND ANI and made possible through bangle donations alone, which have reached over $500,000 since the launch of the Celtic Knot Charm Bangle in March 2013.
