On January 20, 2015, Philosophy hosted their “hope and grace initiative” event to raise awareness and funds for mental health in New York City. Over 100 guests were in attendance for a casual yet elegant evening of music, fun and fundraising.
The event was hosted by Sara Gore, NY Live Host and television personality. Guests included singer Natasha Bedingfield, who performed “Hope,” a song written to raise awareness for mental health and the hope and grace initiative, fashion designers Kenneth Cole and Christian Siriano, professional dancer Derek Hough, singer/actress Vanessa Bronfman, and various influencers and elite entertainment and beauty media.

Jeff Sparr and Matt Kaplan, co-founders of PeaceLove Studios, one of our CHARITY BY DESIGN partners, were in attendance as well. In honor of the event’s theme, we happily gifted Peace of Mind Charm Bangles for inclusion in guests’ gift bags, which benefits PeaceLove Foundation and their mission of raising awareness of mental health. We also included information about ALEX AND ANI | CHARITY BY DESIGN. Jeff and Matt enjoyed mingling with guests and discussing the work of their amazing organization.
